“There’s a crisis nationally in foster care, particularly with the cutting of federal funding for foster children and youth,” said Howard Talenfeld, who is founder of Florida Children’s First, board member of Youth Law Center and head of the Justice For Kids division at national law firm Kelley Kronenberg, in a phone interview Friday.
