Baby Elmo Project Presentation at CAPIA Training

Carole Shauffer and Jennifer Rodriguez with Dr. Rachel Barr and the staffs of participating counties presented a training on the Baby Elmo Project at the Southern Region California Association of Probation Institution Administrators on October 30th from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Orange County brought the youth who was the first participant/graduate of the program who is now out and doing great, and he gave an amazing speech about how the program helped his relationship with his son.  All the staff that worked with him in the hall came to hear him speak too.  Both Santa Barbara and Riverside Counties expressed interest in the program.
