Staff Attorney Corene Kendrick spoke at a training at the annual conference of the National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC) on October 21, 2010, in Austin, TX. The training focused on how attorneys representing youth in individual dependency and delinquency cases can effect systemic policy changes in their jurisdictions.
