HELP Separated Children's Act Supported by YLC
The HELP Separated Children’s Act, supported by the Youth Law Center, has passed the Senate Judiciary Committee as an amendment to the comprehensive immigration reform bill (S 744.) The amendment is designed to strengthen protections for children when parents are caught up in immigration enforcement actions.
