This advocacy tool and worksheet was developed to help state advocates navigate the current state of affairs as it relates to access to reproductive care and abortion for youth in foster care. It provides a list of prompts/questions to help advocates identify existing rights as well as the challenges in their states so that they can develop a plan for advocacy. It also provides resources to help advocates research these issues when they are available as well as how to seek technical assistance.
