The report and study, Evaluation of the Guardian ad Litem System in Nebraska, was conducted by the National Association of Counsel for Children, Suffolk University law professor Erik Pitchal, child welfare expert Madelyn Freundlich, and YLC Staff Attorney Corene Kendrick.
